Natalie Devlin
Head of LJ Hooker People
As Head of People, Natalie is focused on building on our historically strong focus on people, ensuring that we build culture, capability and commitment by setting the standard for people practices in our industry and most importantly to make sure that we have fun doing it!
Her previous role as head of People and Development with an international property group with headquarters in Sydney, Natalie was responsible for establishing the human resources function in a rapidly growing listed property trust. Natalie’s role involved strategy development, organisation design, process re-engineering, risk management and cultural change.
Prior to that she worked with Wolters Kluwer, a multinational business information company of over 600 employees, in a role that again included significant change management, integration of acquisition businesses and the establishment of a Shared Services Centre in Malaysia.
Natalie has a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Psychology plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management for which she received a Dean’s List Award.
